Our training holidays in the Algarve have now sadly come to an end for the 2014 season and we have returned to the UK but what a fantastic season we have had. We have to admit that it has been difficult adjusting to the gloomy skies of the UK again but when we reflect back on the experiences week in week out of all those athletes who chose to join us in the Algarve this year, we are flooded with very happy memories of all the satisfied individuals we have coached on training holiday. With 100% 5 star reviews of our training holidays this year we are confident that athletes who have been a part of the Tri Training Harder experience would agree that they have left us motivated, happy and more confident. So what made this season...
In January the Tri Training Harder team left the cold, wet UK weather and set out for our permanent destination for the next 5 months in the Algarve, Portugal. Shortly following this we welcomed the first of all the athletes that were to come our way and with first class coaching, 5 star all-inclusive accommodation, sun, sea and fantastic training facilities, smiles and highly positive conversation were not short of a permanent feature for the whole season (it is hard to do either of these things when swimming so Tri Training Harder will have to be let off for that one!). The training holidays have attracted and catered for athletes from complete novices to high end age group and professional athletes for the past couple of years and this season was no different. Thank you for ruining our legs, we hope you will join us again (or for the first time) next season to give us another good battering!!
