#throwbackthursday to the last time I competed in an Ironman branded event, back in 2015, at what was regarded as the toughest 70.3 in the world, Wimbleball! Shame this event is no more as it was a course designed for me! Just not in my current state of fitness at the time! - Just 3 days till the next one at Ironman 70.3 Staffordshire and really looking forwards to giving it a good nudge!
