The struggle was real out on the run course at IM 70.3 Staffs. - Gave myself a lot of work to do during the run with a lot of time to make up coming off the bike 3rd in AG and 10th AGer overall. The middle 10km was a pretty grim experience feeling rather low but managed to push on during the last 5km and get myself into 1st in AG and 4th AGer overall. - Still plenty more to come when I get my s**t together and put together a race I’m capable of from start to finish - 📸 @intellitri
