Great to spend a week up in Leicester with @chrishine5 putting me through my paces. - It was good fun to cap it off with a hit out at Dambuster triathlon where I came away with 🥈 putting together a solid race from start to finish, taking over 15 minutes off my overall time from when I did this race 3 years ago!! - Great event put on by great people @les_stablestricamp (Pacesetterevents) and always attracting some top athletes!
